Scientific Committee invites authors to submit their presentations for consideration and inclusion into the scientific programme. Only candidates who have registered for the conference are eligible to submit the abstracts.

• There is no restriction on the number of submission of papers/e-posters from an institution. A Participant cannot be author/co-author in more than one presentation.
• Submission of the presentation at the conference venue or post last date will NOT be accepted. The Scientific Presentation must not contain the information of the individuals or institutions involved in the study.
• Acceptance of abstracts and Presentations is subject to the final decision of the Scientific Committee Presenters have to meet the presentation hall In-charge and have to take their seats 10 minutes before their session starts.
• The Presentation must strictly adhere to the time schedule.

ONLINE ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

• Abstract submission closes on the 15^th of July 2024.
• Abstracts shall not be longer than 250 words.
• Abstract body shall not include the name and details of the authors.
• Students are recommended to upload a scanned copy of the bonafide Certificate duly signed by the Head of the Department during submission of the abstract.

PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

For Paper presentation

• The Presenter should be an ACE Karnataka member and must have registered for the ACE-K Conference.
• Each Participant can only present either one paper or a poster. A maximum of 2 contributors are permitted.
• Faculty Delegate can present only scientific paper.
• Scientific Presentation should be original and should not be published or presented previously in any forum.
• The Presentation should be from any one of the following fields: Dental Materials, Restorative dentistry, aesthetic dentistry and endodontics
• Paper can be original research, systematic review, case study.
• Narrative reviews are NOT accepted.
• The Presentations have to be prepared in MS PowerPoint.
• The total duration for the presentation will be 10 minutes (8 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion).
• Online portal for final presentation submission closes on the 25^th July 2024.
• Scientific Committee holds the rights of accepting or rejecting the submitted abstracts.
• There should not be any mention of the name of the presenter, guide, or the institution in any of the presentation slides.

For Poster presentation

• The presenter should be an ACE Karnataka member and must have registered for the ACE-K Conference.
• Each participant can only present either one paper or a poster. A maximum of 3 contributors are permitted and must be registered for the conference.
• E-poster should have only one PPT slide in landscape orientation and kindly use HD images (max 300 dpi resolution) with appropriate background for the same.
• Scientific Presentation should be original and should not be published or presented previously in any forum.
• E-Poster can be original research, systematic review, case study.
• Narrative reviews are NOT accepted.
• The Presentations have to be prepared in MS PowerPoint.
• The total duration for the presentation will be 5 minutes (3 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion).
• Online portal for final presentation submission closes on the 25^th July 2024
• Scientific Committee holds the rights of accepting or rejecting the submitted abstracts.
